13 - Rosada

This homesite has it all: size, elevation and beach. It is high above the tide line with clay banks averaging eight feet above sea level along the southern section of shore dropping down to a clean red-orange sandy shore on the northern end of the property. The vegetation is a bit more open along the coast. There are a few pine trees and scrub palms scattered about the brush. When looking north, one can see the Peccary Hills form a mystical shimmering image in the distance.
